2.1. Booking Process: Bookings must be made by telephone or in person. When making a reservation, it is necessary to provide truthful and complete personal information. At this time, a deposit is not required to confirm reservations made by these means.
Booking Confirmation: Bookings made by telephone or in person do not include an email confirmation. We recommend that you make a note of your booking details during the call or visit to avoid misunderstandings. For bookings made through our website, you will receive an email with full details of your booking. It is essential that you check this information carefully and inform us of any errors as soon as possible.

2.2. Deposit: At present, no deposit is required for bookings made by telephone or in person. When future changes to the booking process are implemented, the need for a deposit to confirm a lounge reservation will be specified. The amount of the deposit will be indicated during the relevant booking process.

 

3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1. Payment Policy: At this time, no advance payment is required to confirm bookings made by telephone or in person. The full balance of the booking must be paid in full before the start of the event. Details of available payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

3.2. Cancellation Policy: As no deposit is required for bookings made by telephone or in person, no cancellation fees apply. However, we ask that you inform us of any cancellations as far in advance as possible to allow availability of the room to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

4. Use of Rooms

4.1. Hours of Use: Rooms are available for use during the hours specified in the reservation. Any extension of the schedule must be previously agreed upon and may be subject to additional charges.

4.2. Liability: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, equipment or furnishings during the use of the room. Additional charges will apply for any necessary repair or replacement.

4.3. Conduct: All guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during the use of the rooms. Party Premium reserves the right to terminate any event it deems inappropriate or dangerous without refund.
